1. The site has been remodelled AGAIN: my creative work is now on its own and the personal stuff has been removed.  The galleries are now organised in alphabetical order.

2. My writing is immediately below the fotos and the other info about monitor settings etc is doing a grand job down in the basement.

3. I've added a self-portrait in the Portraits gallery showing me at about 23:00 after a 14 hour day, of which a good six hours were spent sanding and painting. It's quite a harsh foto, taken with one very bright spotlight standing about 1/2 metre away and holding the camera in my left hand, but it reflects how my body felt. The colour reflects how my soul was feeling. :)

1. The Alhambra gallery in the Spain gallery is now in fact three galleries. There may well be some more fotos added to gallery No.3, but I've got to sort through about 200 pics from my first visit when I was still using the film version of my Canon EOS 300. So there may in fact be a fourth Alhambra gallery.

2. I've added three more fotos to the Hall of Fame/Performers gallery of Paul Weller, Great British songwriter, and Vicente Amigo, unbelievably brilliant Flamenco guitarist.

1. I've added a folder called Cordoba in the Spain gallery, as well as another Granada folder and a few more pics to the Abstracteria gallery.

1. I've added a folder called Graffiti to house some of the shots I've taken in Granada. So far this has two galleries but will probably expand into three, possibly four as I have quite a number of pics still to add.

2. I've added another foto to the Portraits folder: it's of my two favourite Spanish models.

1. The Latin American gallery has already undergone a few changes. As more pictures were added I was forced to split the pics of Mexico City into separate galleries and Latin American gallery transmogrified into the Latin American folder containing two sub-folders. More pics have been added to the various Mexico galleries and I've added a new gallery for Belize. Only two pics in there but I'm sure I've a few more.

1. Some real action this week with yet more fotos in the Abstracts folders, mostly in the Shapes, Colours and Textures folder. I think the work I've been doing recently with the real gone abstracts is moving onto a different level. I've not printed any yet, so I'll save my judgement til then.

2. I've created a new gallery called Latin America (see the journal) with some fairly ropey B+Ws I took on an old Pentax ME Super in 1990. At the moment this only has pics from Mexico but it will also include some from Guatemala, Honduras and Belize. Happy viewing!

1. There are three new pics in Galleries, 2nd Floor taken in Den Bos, the Venice of the Netherlands. Also chucked a couple more into the really abstract folder.

2. I've added loads of new pics to the Hall of Fame, both in Portraits and in Performance. These were shot recently in Antwerp and feature various members of the Spinelli Connection.

1. I've recently added some new pics in the Sky gallery. One of these is, admittedly, not so much a sky in my usual style, but a sky with a rather beautiful windmill which I couldn't resist. There will more Dutch landscapes shortly.

2. There's now another Abstracts folder for Colours and textures. It never ceases to amaze me how abstracts appear out of the blue.  Something that's quite normal and probably not very gripping in photographic terms, becomes something of real beauty and wonder after it's been through the machine.

1. Firstly No. 3 below has been fixed, sort of. I've created another Galleries folder called 2nd floor which has a few new pictures.

2. A new section has been added called Hall of Fame. This contains two strands: one is portraits of various performers taken at gigs, the other has fotos from the same performances but these have been somewhat messed around with.

1. Firstly No. 3 below is messed up. Not sure how, but all the recent photos have disappeared and been replaced by duplicates of existing ones. This will be fixed shortly.

2. A new section has been added to General Photography called Aylesbury. A little trip down memory lane for me.

2. Sky - six new photos taken on a walk in the Dutch hills on Christmas day. A great day for cloud watchers.
